Biddlestone Chapel, Northumberland

Biddlestone ChapelBiddlestone Chapel as it stands today. Throughout the year I have helped to clear the grounds and restore the interior.

The Original House and ChapelThe Chapel and House as it once stood. The Selby family are known to have lived there for 8 centuries. The House was demolished in 1955 leaving the Chapel.

Cleaning WindowsOne of my days at Biddlestone was spent cleaning the windows. We calculated over 1000 panes of glass. The windows were then as clean as they had been for a century! Other projects have included cutting the grass, clearing the drive and investigating the cellars.
